				<div>How Does MusicPlacements Work?
When you sign up for a Pro Package membership, you are allowed to upload as many tracks to your profile as your want.&nbsp; You can do two things with you tracks.&nbsp; You can license them to other artists non-exclusively.&nbsp; You determine the price and its uploaded to your profile page as well as into our Music Gallery and Beat Bank store.&nbsp; MusicPlacements gets 10% of the sale price.&nbsp; Secondly, you can submit as many tracks as you want for placement opportunities.&nbsp; The A&amp;Rs at MusicPlacements review each track.&nbsp; 95%-97% are rejected for placement opportunities.&nbsp; The roughly 5% we do accept are called and invited to be presented in the A&amp;R session and are made Featured Producers.&nbsp; Each week we put together a session CD that we personally take to the A&amp;Rs and studio sessions that week.&nbsp; The labels we provide this to are G-Unit, Atlantic, Def Jam, Sony, Violator, Universal, Warner, DTP, Byrd Gang and many more.
How Much Does it Cost?
95% of our members will only pay the one-time $25 membership fee.&nbsp; We do not store credit card number and will NEVER charge your card.&nbsp;
Will I get feedback from the A&amp;R sessions?
This is the hardest part for most artists and producers.&nbsp; We guarantee that we will get your tracks heard.&nbsp; We sit with the A&amp;Rs while they listen to our session CD.&nbsp; We are able to see what tracks they like and more importantly what tracks they send off to artists in their label from the CD.&nbsp; Beyond that, we won't hear much about your track until they decide to use it for a project.&nbsp; This can take a minimum of 2 month and in some cases 6 months.&nbsp; This is just how the music game works.&nbsp; Music labels delay and move projects and aren't going to tell you they want a track until the final track listing is turned into the label and approved.&nbsp; That being said, we will let you know how the A&amp;R session went and we do try to provide updates if we hear anything.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
The easiest way to know if simply ask the A&amp;Rs that we deal with.&nbsp; They will tell you that we bring amazing content to them every week.&nbsp; Secondly, if we wanted to make money we would approve every track for A&amp;R sessions.&nbsp; But the fact is we reject 95% of them.&nbsp; This is because it is our reputation on the line when we bring the session CD to our contacts.&nbsp; We rarely present more than 25 tracks each week.&nbsp; We received 1000s of submissions.&nbsp; Lastly, our game is music publishing.&nbsp; We don't make any real money unless we land a placement.&nbsp; That is why we want 25% of the publishing!
What does MusicPlacements get?
MusicPlacements takes 10% of the tracks that you license through the site.&nbsp; If we land a placement for you or a licensing opportunity (with mobile phones, video games, commercials, movies, etc) we retain a 25% interest in the worldwide publishing for that specific track.&nbsp; You keep any advance money for your masters.&nbsp; You own the copyright.&nbsp; Its completely non-exclusive, you can still sell the track to someone else and sign any management deals you want.&nbsp;
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.&nbsp; We would be happy to explain further or help you with anything you need.

				<div>You upload a track and submit it to use for placement.&nbsp; If we land a placement with that track, we get 25% of the publishing, mechanicals or flat licensing fees.&nbsp; You get the other 75% of your share.&nbsp; You own your copyright 100%.&nbsp; You keep all the advance money for your Masters.&nbsp;
If you upload a track and license it through the site (your profile or the Beat Bank), we only charge a 10% transaction fee.&nbsp; We receive NO publishing, mechanical, or any other royalty from those tracks.&nbsp; Those are split between the producer and the party licensing the track.&nbsp;

    The producer ALWAYS owns his copyright unless he sells his interest to a third party.
    The Producer is to be credited on any releases of the track.
    The Producer and the Artist retain a 50% / 50% share of their publishing if there is a commercial release.
    If the Artist use the track in a non-commercial fashion (such as demos, promotional, etc), no royalties are owed to either party.
