MP: Where are you from?

South Lumberton, North Carolina

MP: How long have you been producing?

Seriously, eight years; on and off

MP: What do you think of the current state of the music business?

I think its real fucked up. Er'body for the most part got the same set of producers and artists they wanna hear and do records with. You have a handful that will branch and reach out to new producers and artists, but for the most part, it is what it is I guess.

MP: Growing up what artists influenced your production?

Dr. Dre, Timbo, Dj Premier, Darkchild, Neptunez, Jazze Phae, Kanye West, Manny Fresh

MP: What equipment / software do you use ?

Reason, Pro Tools, Roland Fantom

MP: How would you describe your production style?

Down south hood meets a NEW breed of funk and soul

MP: What are some of the local artists your working with?

I'm currently working with Drop outta Florida (All Pro Records; Dj Prostyle); Go get the Dj Drama/Drop mixtape, "NO ROOKIE!!" CRAZY! J-Grind and Lil' Adia outta N.C. (Down-N-Dirty Records).

MP: What advice do you have for other producers?

Keep at it, especially to the younger producers. I made the mistake of running with bad company and focusing on "other" ways to make money, instead of what I really loved for years. If you really want to do this, stick with it.

MP: Any tips for producers when they mixing they records?

Its a learning process, and I'm still learning

MP: Do you have any records people can look forward to hearing?

Drop "No Rookie" Album coming this summer!

MP: Where can people check out some of your music?

myspace.com/agee3productions

MP: Shout outs and thanks

Shout out to musicplacements for giving me an opportunity to be heard, and all the other producers in the game trying to make it.
